Shipping Costs

GERMANY:

untracked shipping: 2,50 €
tracked shipping: 6,00 €

EU (except Germany):

untracked shipping: 6,50 €
tracked shipping (small): 9,00 €
tracked shipping (medium): 12,00 €

Note: the cost depends on the size of the package and the value of the goods. A larger order I must unfortunately send in a larger box.

Small = Up to a value of goods of 36 euros
Medium = From a value of goods over 36 euros:

The uninsured international shipping is only possible for a goods value up to 36 euros.

REST OF THE WORLD:

untracked shipping: 12,00 €
tracked shipping (small): 15,00 €
tracked shipping (medium): 17,50 €

Payment

Please note that the Payment has to be made in advance via paypal or bank transfer.

Delivery times

ATTENTION: All prints larger than A4 are produced only on request and sent directly to you from the printshop. Shipping here takes a little longer than for other products. If you order smaller items or A4 prints in addition, you will receive your order divided into two shipments (you pay shipping costs only once).

Normally all orders (exception: all prints that are larger than a4) are shipped within 2 – 3 days after receiving payment.

Tracking option / losses & delays

Please be aware, that the standard shipping option is not provided with a tracking number. If you want your order to be trackable, you can chose this as an extra option (additional costs). A tracking number allows you to track the status of your order and gives me the possibility to open a case if something happens with your order. If you chose the untracked standard shipping, the shipping costs are lower but PLEASE NOTE that you are doing this at your own risk.

I am not responsible for any losses or delays. In case of a lost order please call your post office and provide the tracking number if you chose to get one. I will try to do my best to help you if, contrary to all expectations, something like that happens – please feel free to contact me via email (hej@ohofi.de). Also reach out if your package arrived damaged so we can figure out a solution together.

Withdrawal / wrong order

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days beginning on the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier who has taken possession of the goods, designated by you, have taken possession of them. You will have to bear the costs of returning the order. Please contact me via email (hej@ohofi.de).

In the unlikely event that you received a wrong item please contact me via email (hej@ohofi.de) so I can get you a replacement.

Import taxes / Customs fees

Import taxes are not included in the price. Your orders will be shipped from Germany. Please make sure to inform yourself about possible custom fees / import taxes of your home country for incoming orders from Germany.
