PLATE SET „THE LITTLE JOYS“

Set of three deko plates for „The Plated Project“.

The artworks should reflect the theme of „a celebration of individuality“, promoting awareness about Down Syndrom. The main task was to design a matching set of three plates, where one element per plate should be repeated three times: symbolic for the three 21 chromosomes typical for trisomy 21. 

My set is called "The Little Joys" and deals with the small beautiful things in life that we sometimes lose sight of. In focus: nature.

The titles of the individual plates: "Oh, Summer!", "Oh, Nature!" and "Oh, Diversity!".
